Hi,
i know there are some Topics around this but never an Solution.
When i Cast from a Android Device that is on the same access point as the chromecast, both connected with 5g wifi the casting stops without an error message after a few minutes
is there any solution for this from someone that had already an answer from google?

Same issue with me, I try to cast NFL Gamepass onto my Nest Hub, works for a few minutes, then the basic clockface shows up. Sometimes the audio comes through from the background while I'm navigating the UI, but I can't get the video to show back again

i can start casting from my android device and stream disney+ without any issues
also i can stream my chrome browser window from pc
but when i try to stream my oculus quest2 to the nest hub the stream stops after a few minutes, i can stream the oculus to my chromecast dongle and all tvs and pcs without any issues

I'm having the same issue. If I'm streaming from Pluto TV or some other app like that or streaming from my Oculus it cuts out after like 5 minutes or so. I see that there is no one trying to respond from Google nest to help. Wish there was a solution to this issue, definitely affects the feedback and the rating of this product and their customer service.

i still wonder what the solution for the others was
for me it seems that some got personal help with this issue by google got it fixed and now dont care about this forum

I'm wondering why there's no public explanation, or acknowledgment here.
My situation is when I stream Facebook video to my Hub, after about 8 minutes it pauses video with message telling me to press play on video, no play button on hub screen, go back to phone and playback returns to phone screen and you have to reselect cast icon to continue casting to Hub screen. And then keep repeating every 8 minutes. This is not a good user experience.
