Hi @Patou13Fr,

Thank you for posting in the community. I'm sorry to hear that your Google Nest devices are not responding to the command 'stop' to stop your roller shutters. I'm happy to assist you.

In order to determine the reason this command is not working properly, please provide the information requested below:

  • Does the speaker/display provide an erroneous response, or does it fail to respond?
  • What color is the LED status light at the back of the device?
  • What devices do you have to control your smart home devices?
  • How long did the device work as intended before you experienced this symptom?
  • Does the same issue occur when others speak to the speaker or display?
  • What kind of environment does the device fail in? Examples: Is the environment noisy, normal, or quiet?
  • Where is the device placed? Examples: Is the device by itself, up against the wall, next to a TV or audio speaker, or next to a microwave?
  • Is there anything that covers the device? (Example: If a child has decorated the speaker or display with stickers).

Please keep me posted. I'll be waiting for your response.

Regards,

Anders

Bonjour

Depuis 2 ans cela fonctionnait correctement

Cordialement

Hi @Patou13Fr,

Thank you for the information provided. Let's troubleshoot your device by following the steps below:

  • Unplug the power cord from the speaker and reconnect (reboot).
    1. Disconnect the power cable from the speaker.
    2. Leave it unplugged for approximately one minute.
    3. Reconnect the power cable back into the speaker.
  • Verify if you used the command correctly and within range.
    1. Get within 3 to 5 feet of the speaker and say the command "Okay Google" or "Hey Google."

    2. Let me know if the LEDs turn on when you use the command.
    3. If the LEDs turn on, this means that the speaker hears you and is ready to listen for a command. If the device still doesn't respond at this attempt, say the command again, but slower.
  • Check My Activity to check the audio record quality.
    1. Open the Google Home app > Tap Settings.
    2. Under Home features, tap Privacy.
    3. Verify that the Google Account on screen is the one linked to the speaker.
    4. Select Home activity.
      • Note: This opens a list of all recent voice commands you have given.
    5. Identify the most recent command that generated a failed response.
    6. Select Details below their Assistant Query (this will expand out the details).
    7. Tap the Play button on the query card (play a few) to confirm from My Activity what the speaker heard at the time the issue occurred.

Please keep me posted.

Regards,

Anders

Reboot already done, nothing better and there are no bad commands or commands that fail.

Let's start again:

The problem is recent: about a month ago

The command: stop -or- stop no longer works for the shutters.

The shutters have three buttons: up, stop, down For a month now, the stop command has no longer been understood by Google (without error), it closes the shutter.

When you say stop (for a shutter), it closes it Before

when you said stop (for a shutter), it stopped it (stop)

And it worked correctly for 2 to 3 years!

For about a month now, it hasn't worked!!

No longuer stop command for the shutters !

since two years, the stop command worked fine

sînce two month, it is not possible to use this keyword

now the stop keyword close the shutters

in the past, stop command, stop the shutter
