- Could you please confirm what model of Google Nest hub you have?
- Is your Android mobile device and your iOS tablet connected to the same WiFi network as your Google Nest hub?
- Can you please send me a screenshot of what happens when you open the device, go to settings, and scroll down?
In the meantime, you can try to set up the clock as the default screensaver on your Google Nest hub. You can do it through the Google Home app on your mobile device or using the Google Nest Hub screen. Here are the instructions to do it:
Using the Google Home app:
- Open the Google Home app.
- Tap “Favorites” or “Devices.”
- Tap and hold your Google Nest hub tile.
- Tap “Settings,” then select the option “Photo Frame,” and then adjust the settings you want.
- Select “more settings.”
- Choose the option “Time.”
- Tap on the option “show.”
Using your Google Nest Hub screen:
- From the bottom of your Nest display screen, swipe up.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Photo Frame to adjust the settings you want.
- Select “more settings.”
- Choose the option “Time.”
- Tap on the option “show.”
