Defective Google nest audio, broken warranty claim link

Purchase a Google Nest Audio speaker in December 2024.  It stopped powering up May 2024.

When I try to file a warranty claim because the $100 speaker only worked for 5 months and stopped working for no reason, but Googles warranty claim website link doesn't work.

How do I file a warranty claim?

@Ronshouse00 There does seem to be an issue with that system at the moment. The best thing to do is contact the Google Nest support team directly.

1. Go to Contact Us - Google Nest Help
2. Select an appropriate product or category, type a brief description of the issue, then click Next.
3. Click Other, then click Next step.
4. In the Resources section, click Next step.
5. Choose to get a phone call, call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

I was able to contact nest support directly.  I was just very surprised Google had a bad link.   I don't think I've seen that before.
