Hi there,
Try recreating your groups and taking a look through: How to correct group playback delay.
Do you have your device connected directly to a receiver or soundbar? Some model's may be outside of the delay setting parameters.

Thanks for your replay and thank you that you told me that answers is here becouse I didn't know.
Recreating group doesnt help. I saw this article but problem is that my nest doesn't react to delay correction at all. Doesn't metter if it is 0ms or 200ms correction. The delay beetwen speakers is the same. I have adapter to my chromecast (hdmi to vga + jack) and my speakers is connected via jack cable with chromecast. This problem is when I play music by speaking to nest. But when I connect nest via bluetooth to my computer and then add chromecast to play (clicking media on home app) it works great.
