Detecting touch by itself

My nest hub is detecting touch by itself and is not detecting my finger touch!!

HI @Simran12 

I would suggest cleaning the screen really well and also do a full reset. On the back of Nest Hub, press and hold both volume buttons together for about 10 seconds. Your Nest Hub will let you know that it's resetting.

This should help clear up the issue.

Already did a reset and wipe with dry soft cloth

Unfortunately, those would be the best things to try. There may be something wrong with your device. If it is still under warranty I would give Google Nest support a chat.
