Device playing alarms when no alarm is set

So I have asked Reddit but they were no help then I found this place… anyways my google home mini (1st gen) has wierd alarm set where it plays a sound and say let get this day going start by brushing you teeth and telling me your done next your get dressed tell me when your done and so on I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to turn this off
