Hi,

For the last days I had an issue with my Google nest mini, it was always saying ''hmmm, an error occurred please try in a few seconds'' or ''there was glitch, please retry in a few seconds'' 

So I thought there was something with internet so I forget the network and nothing happened I thought maybe just forget device and when I wanted to add my device again it told me ''Device previously set up by another user'' so now I can't reboot my device because I can't connect to it anymore.

The simplest way to fix this is to factory reset it and set it up again.
