Device utility

Hi. I have a Google Home Mini which I borrowed from Japan -nepal🇳🇵.  I was enjoying it for quite some time, after 6 months I'm trying to set it up and but there's a issue. Now, we've to set up the device from app Device utility which is not available for nepal. So what's next? can anyone shade a light pls
