Devices not setup in a family members Google home app

We have setup Google Home with several devices...  4  speakers, 2 nest cameras, doorbell/camera, two Yale locks, and several 3rd party devices.  They are all working correctly in my Google home.

I had added my wife to the home several years ago and she has been able to use the devices and see new ones added as we expanded our devices.  We also had her Voice Match setup and working just fine.  She could ask for her calendar info with no problem.

A few days ago, something happened to cause all the Google/nest devices to become un-setup under her account.  The Google home is asking to set them up again.  Apparently the Voice Match will not work until they are setup again.  When we go into her Google home app on her IOS device the devices show up needing "setup".  So, we punch the setup button and get the message "Setup could not be completed for some devices in this home." The phone and the devices are on the same wifi as the message indicates, but this process is failing every time.  

I have tried removing her account from the home and adding her back in with no change to the situation.

What can I do to fix this?
