Devices not working

The same Hub and WiFi speaker are having issues working. When asked a question, the assistant replies that there was a problem and should be asked again in a few seconds. The problem, however, never resolves itself. On the Nest Hub, there is a black screen or a white screen, as if it were an empty frame, if touched.

I've done factory resets, but the problem continues.
