Disable You Tube and Radio on my Google Hub / Mini

Hopefully someone has help here. Can I disable YouTube and Music etc on my Google Home Hub/Mini.
I use this system mainly for Home Automation. I am sick and tired of asking something only to have Google want to run off to Youtube. Examples, Hey Google, Change the TV Channel. "Playing Channel on You Tube", arrrggghhh.
Hey Google, Channel 24. "Playing 24 on Youtube", Aarrrggghhh. Hey Google Lights On. I dont understand, but here is a Radio station about lights on, (crap music starts blaring), I yell AAARRRGGGHHH.
This happens 25% of the time i use this thing. I want Youtube and Spotify and anything else music or media gone.

Hello OzDrDj,

Thank you for reaching out. I am sorry to hear that your Google Assistant is not doing what you are asking it to do. I definitely understand your concern.

Unfortunately, you cannot block commands. My recommendation is ensuring that Spotify is set as the default media on your Google Home app. You could also try to be more specific in commands so that it does not choose to go to YouTube. For example listing the preferred media/app after the action (ex:play [x] playlist on Spotify).

I would appreciate it if you could also share your feedback regarding this issue so that our team can look further into this situation. Thanks!
