Display blackout

The display of my nest hub max as well as nest hub gen1 are blackout every morning. I can still talk with them, but there is no reaction in their display. 

After a while, perhaps 30 to 60 minutes, the displays turn on automatically.

In the past, these displays were always on, showing pictures in my google photo album. I want them to be always on again.

I’m sorry to hear about the behavior your Google Nest displays are doing. Are they still doing the same behavior? Have you tried to manually reboot them by unplugging its power cord for a minute?

Would love to have your problem.  My google remains black 24/7

Yes, unplugged for a minute, an hour, a day, a week.  Tried rebooting 11 times.  Tried laying hands on it to heal whatever sickness it has.  Nothing works.  

Any ideas???

I know how it feels when something isn’t working the way it should. Let’s check on it. I just wanted to confirm, your Google Nest display’s screen stays black (all the time), but Google Assistant still responds to commands? When and where did you purchase it?
