Display brightness

I have tried to look for a way to make the display on my device brighter. Any suggestions?

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community.
 

I wanted to follow up and see if I could be of any help. Check the steps below on how tp adjust the brightness on your Nest display.

 

Change brightness offset.

  1. Make sure the mobile device is linked to the same account as the Google Nest or Home device.
  2. Open the Google Home App .
  3. Select the Nest Hub display.
  4. At the top right, tap Settings Settings and then Display.
  5. Locate the Auto-brightness offset slider.
    • To increase the brightness, move the slider to the right (Brighter).
    • To decrease the brightness, move the slider to the left (Dimmer).

I do not see where the Select the Nest Hub display is after I select settings. At the top right, tap Settings Display. Locate the Auto-brightness offset slider. To increase the brightness, move the slider to the right (Brighter). To decrease the brightness, move the slider to the left (Dimmer).

Hi Stardust1974,

 

Thanks for trying the steps. How about using the Nest Hub display itself? Simply swipe up at the bottom of the screen and tap on the sun icon located on the lower left corner. Adjust the brightness and see if there would be any changes on its display.
