My Case ID is:6-5928000031730 for Google Nest display burn issue was posted this week aeeking support from Google. But google community specialist are very clever. They are not resolving issue at all. They simply mail that since there is no response from you we are closing this thread. Even they are not bothered to allow us to put our comment on their reply and we are left helpless.

You are certainly NOT alone in that one. I've also had conversations locked out quickly on topics they can't resolve such and connectivity with C by GE light bulbs.
