Duo account not working

Hello I have two JBL link 20 speakers , One each in two separate. I have set up a Duo account but I can only get one speaker to work at a time . If I use the first speaker on its own all is ok . If you then try to get the second speaker working it will work and play what you have selected. BUT the first speaker is shut off. So I can only ever get one speaker at a time working. How do you get Duo to work please.
