I posted about the issue so far, but the problem persists, and I was unable to respond prior locking the thread. After i changed Wi-Fi connection the duo calls found not working well. Not hearing sound from other end or my sound the other end. I rebooted the speaker and changed the router but still the issue remains as before. Kindly help to fix the issue. May be the single band router is the villain? Thanks

Thanks for getting back to us and for trying those troubleshooting steps. Let's rule out the possibility that it has something to do with the network. Set up your Nest Mini using a mobile hotspot. Follow the steps below.
