I have a bunch of Google Home and other assistant devices. In setting up two new Nest Hubs I noticed that my wife could not access the settings for them from the Home app on her phone (click on the gear icon, and the page is blank). I noticed at the same time that the same problem exists for her on all the other devices (original Google Home, GH minis, etc.) except for the Nest Hub Max. This prevents her from adding her account to the device. We both have Google Workspace (GSuite) accounts, which may be the problem. Although Google Workspace support has been an issue broadly, it has not been a problem in the past in terms of adding accounts to existing devices. Am I doing something wrong or has there been an update that is causing this?

If you go to the Google Home App, Click on Settings, Household, she is in the list, correct? If so, you could try removing her and re-inviting.

No, that doesn't work as she has a Google Workspace account. I don't think this functionality has every worked in the Home app for GSuite. They have been able to add accounts to individual devices, though.

Anything else I can look at with this problem? Makes no sense to me that my wife can get to the settings and add herself to the Nest Hub Max but not the gen2 Nest Hub. Are they running different OSes?

I can't think of what else to try. Seems like a bug.

Yes, still the same problem. There seems to be no way for my wife to be added to any Nest devices with our Workspace accounts.

I have a similar problem but the account is mine. My camera on the hub max kept going offline every 2 or 3 days and id reboot and then it worked.... Until it didn't. So other threads suggested removing device from Google home, factory reset and re-adding would work. It didn't. Now I can't get into the setting menu tomorrow it from my 'home'.
