Hello,
I've searched this community a few times, found some reddit posts and other resources that have attempted to describe how to get sleep sensing enabled on a Nest Hub (2nd Gen) device using a google workspace account. Unfortunately, none of these appear to work. While I was able to finally get my calendar appointments to display I am still unable to activate the sleep sensing feature. The device tells me I need to have my Workspace Admin enable the feature (which I have attempted to do) but there really are no cleary defined instructions available anywhere that I have found. I've added the Nest Hub as a trusted device in the API configs under the Security section as well as allowed for the use of Google Assistant. Neither of these has enabled sleep sensing.
I am using the legacy g-suite workspace account and I know there has been a lot of other users mentioning how these account don't work the way a personal account does (i'd switch if there was an easy way to do it). While I also have seen more options enabled for workspace accounts, I would just like to know if there's a way to enable sleep sensing, and if so, how to go about it. I'd also be fine knowing it's not possible yet if that's the case since I'm used to that for other things.
Thanks!

Hey there,
I'm sorry to hear that you're having troubles with this, but I'm happy to look into this for you to see if this is an option for G-Suite accounts.
It appears that this feature doesn't work on devices linked with a Google Workspace account and only works with a personal Google account. I do appreciate you taking your time to let us know about a feature that you would like to see. Feedback like this helps us constantly improve our products and services by knowing what we are doing right and what we can work on.
Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any more questions, comments, or concerns.
Best regards,
Garrett DS
