Equalizer not working...

I have two paired google nest smart speakers. The volume works fine on my iPhone google home app, but the equalizer slides do nothing whatsoever.....Anyone else run it to this.....Thank you....IMG_8599.PNG

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community.

We understand your concern. Let me help you out. Speaker groups will continue to work once all devices in the group have been updated to the latest software. Volume and equalizer adjustments can still be controlled individually for each speaker in a group, but those adjustments cannot be made at the group level.

If there are no changes when you adjust the equalizer on each speaker, letś try to perform a quick reboot and see if it will make a difference. Check the steps below.

From the Google Home app

  1. Make sure your mobile device or tablet is linked to the same account as your speaker or display.
  2. Open the Google Home app Google Home app.
  3. Touch and hold your device's tile.
  4. At the top right, tap Settings and then More More and then Reboot.

Unplug your speaker or display

  1. Unplug the power cord from your speaker or display.
  2. Leave it unplugged for one minute.
  3. Plug the power cord back in.
