Extremely annoyed

For the last few months my devise doesn't seem to listen or understand.

I'll prompt "hey Google" and it will show it's awaiting voice.  Then nothing happens when I speak to it.  It's fairly consistent as well.  Rarely working to turn on a light, or tell me weather. 

I've restarted, and reset it and still the same.  I also cleared cache in app per a suggestion I came across. 

I'm rather annoyed since I know it worked before and can work now.  Most of the time it doesn't hear me and said something went wrong, try again in a few seconds.

Hi @MSS1 

Could you try a factory reset and do a fresh setup to see if this works?
Please remove your Hub from the Google Home app before doing the factory reset. 🙂
