Your face recognition doesn't work on the Hub Max. I have four outstanding tickets that I can't get responses on. It's a known problem that Google will not fix . I filed a report with a Better Business Bureau and the response from Google was, wait for this, submit a ticket with their service department. This is as dysfunctional a group as I've ever seen. Like a bunch of rookies working for one of the world's biggest companies
