The mini will not factory reset. I set it up and it wouldn't respond to my voice at all. I disconnected it and tried factory reset. Now it won't reset. Everytime I try to reconnect to home, it says that it needs a factory reset to be able to. I tried both the button on the back and unplugging it. Nothing works.
