Is there a way to create a family routine that accepts the command for waiting?

I know I can get that command using personal routines but I want it to be a family routine. Can I write a custom command that says "wait for 2 minutes"?

No, I don't want to create a personal routine I want to create a family routine but I want it to be able to the routine to wait for an amout of time for continuing.
