Flashing lights and popping sound

I have two Google home minis, one in my kitchen, and one in my bedroom. In the last few days the one in my bedroom has started making a continuous "popping" type sound in conjunction with the four lights blinking. I have factory reset several times, and each time, as soon as I complete setup, it starts blinking and popping again. Has anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it??

I can see that your device started making a continuous popping sound, and also the four lights on it are constantly flashing. You have tried the factory reset, but the device is still having the same behavior. Let me help you with this.

Here are some additional troubleshooting steps that might be helpful:

1. Unplug the power cable from your speaker. Wait for 10 seconds. Plug it back in, and wait until all 4 lights on the top illuminate.
2. Repeat step 1 10 more times.
3. After you plug your speaker back in the final time, you'll need to wait a few moments for the device to reset. It will announce, 'Welcome to Google Home. To get started, download the Google Home app on a phone or tablet' to let you know that it’s ready for setup.
