My Google nest is connected to an email that I have lost access to, and the nest is asking me to "Link account" but I can't because I can't get back into the email. When I try to set it up with a new email on the app, it gives me a domain error. I was wondering if there is a way to wipe it without the app and start anew without any domain errors so I can set it up with a new account, if possible.

Sorry for the delayed response. I know how excited you are to be able to set up and use your Google Nest Hub again. A few questions: which Nest display do you have (1st, 2nd gen, Hub Max)? What type of email are you using?
If you have a Nest Hub (1st or 2nd gen), you can go ahead and reset your device and link it to a new account. If it's a Nest Hub Max, it is recommended to remove it from the old account to be able to set it up on a new one. To reset your password, please visit the article on how to change or reset your password on our help center.
