The screen on my Nest Hub not working. Tried multiple factory resets and it just stays grayed out. Screen will brighten and audio is working but no video

Sorry to hear about your Google Nest Hub, but thanks for bringing this up. A few questions - when did the behavior start? What Nest Hub device do you have (1st or 2nd gen)? When and where did you purchase your device? Was the device dropped or knocked over?
It would be best if you could share a video for us to have a better picture of what's going on with your device.
