Get a drink, wash your hands, prepare dinner...

My device acts as though it was programmed to announce reminders. No reminders were, or are, programmed.

At 3:30 PM it announces the time and suggests that I get a glass of water and wash my hands.

At 4:45PM is announces the time and says that I should wrap up my work day and start preparing dinner.

Please help!

Sounds like someone has enabled some routines?

In the Google Home app, tap Routines and check what is turned on?
