Gigue Nest Connectivity Problem

Hello,

I got 2 Google nest speakers in December 2022, which are not responding. When I connect the power cord, front light switch on and stays on for almost a minute, after which it does not respond to any voice command as well as it does not get connected to Internet and even can not be detected by bluetooth.

Please help me to resolve the issue.

Are you using the original power supply and adapter that came with the speaker?

Have you tried connecting it to a different power socket?

Yes, I am using original adapter and power supply. Connected to different outlets, Power goes on, Lights turn on. It seems it is trying to connect to network, but is not responsive to any command.

Have you already setup the speaker, or not? Can you see it online in the Home app?

@s_nadeem77, let’s factory reset your Google Nest speakers. The speakers will go back to their default settings, so you need to do the set up after.

I did try to reset the speakers, however these did not responded to reset process.

Let’s further isolate this. You mentioned that your Google Nest Audio devices didn’t respond to the reset process, can you tell me more about it? Did you hear any verbal confirmation when you tried it? What’s the status of the lights shown?

I tried to reset the speakers. They are not visible in the home app in fact I removed those from the app.
