Google Account Problem

When I link my nest mini with my account it doesn't respond to general questions like "How are you, tell me a joke"

It plays songs all right 

When I connect it with some other Google account it's completely fine.

What to do?

Thanks for posting—let's get this sorted out. Are you using a regular Gmail or a Google Workspace account? How about those other Google accounts that are working fine?

Alex I am using a regular Gmail account and the other google accounts which are working fine are also regular gmail accounts

Hi there,

That’s odd. Check if Web & App Activity is turned on. Remove and re-add your Google Nest Mini from your account, then let us know how it goes.
