Google-Enabled Onkyo Speaker not communicating with device.

Hi all. We recently moved places, and have been trying to set up our Google Enabled Onkyo speaker. However, when we try to connect it through any devices, we get to connecting the speaker to WiFi, and the moment the speaker starts trying to connect, an error message shows up on the device we're trying to set it up on. We have tried to restart the speaker and connecting device, using a different device and still nothing. If anyone has any help at all, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Also, there wasn't a label for Google enabled speaker, so don't mind that.
