Google nest mini doesn't respond

I can't connect my Google nest mini to the wifi. I even factory reseted it. Everytime time i say "Hey Google" it's just makes this weird "error sound" and i can't even connect it to the Google home app as it doesn't even show in the set up new devices.

If you're still having trouble setting up your Nest Mini, please give these steps a try:

• Reboot your speaker
• Reboot your router
• Make sure your devices are within 15-20 feet of your router.
• Reset your Nest Mini
