Hi, for a while I have been running 3 google home mini’s in different rooms (kids bedrooms etc) with different music providers on each , one has Spotify, 2 have Deezer as the default, and had no issues , however just recently I have lost Deezer from the list of music providers, 2 of the minis are still connected to Deezer and work fine with voice commands but I can’t now add the third as the option has disappeared, I only have Spotify or no default, even YouTube music has disappeared on 2 of the profiles but is on the third, it’s all bizarre

Hey NeilB,
That certainly hasn't been easy for you — let's figure this out.
A few questions: what country are you located in? When did it start happening? Also, is it happening when you used a different device?
Give these steps a try:
Let us know how it goes.
Best,
Alex

Hi , I’m in the uk, I have already tried those steps and no luck, I can’t even see YouTube music on two of the devices , just Spotify and no default as the option, on the main device it’s just Spotify & YouTube & Apple, Deezer has completely vanished from all devices , if I say play my flow on Deezer though it will , so it’s clearly linked but just doesn’t show up in the list of music services

Hey NeilB,
I already forwarded your case to our team and they're currently checking on this. Could you please send a feedback report on your Google Home app or speakers with a brief description of what's happening on your device? To ensure it will be captured, please make sure that "Send device usage data and crash reports to Google" is turned on before you submit the feedback.
Kind regards,
Alex

Hey NeilB,
How's it going with your Google Home? Is Deezer still not showing on your music default list?
Thanks,
Alex

Hi, Deezer re-appeared on all 3 devices on 2 days ago, YouTube music is only on one but I can live with that
