I have this issue with the google home max for a while now. Like every 2 month it gets factory reseted and I have to set it up over again. Already took the power plug out for a while and gave it a static ip adress in my router. Nothing seems to help. Feels more like an firmware error. Anyone else having this problem?

Hi Mr_Panda1989,
Thanks for reaching out. That certainly hasn’t been easy for you. Let’s check what’s going on. Do you have other Nest speakers that behave the same way? Do you see notifications from the Google Home app or an email indicating that your device got removed or disconnected?
I look forward to your response.
Regards,
Juni

Hello Juni,
The Home Max is the only device that behaves this way. And there are no mails when the device gets resetted. There is only a mail when I remove the device from the Google Home app. It also stands right next to my WiFi router and is connected with the 5Ghz WiFi.

Did all the following, and today my Google Home Max is on factory reset again.
So I have to delete it from my home and add it again. That Problem is now going on for several month.
