Google Home Mini Conectivity Issues

My Google home Mini will not connect to the Wi-Fi whenever I try to set it up. I've had this issue in the past and went through all of the troubleshooting ideas with Google support.  I have 3 other Google homes in my house. They they all connect just fine. It isn't an issue with Wi-Fi because we recently moved and we have a new Internet provider and we had this same issue at our old place too.  I also know that it is not the specific Google home Mini because I tried to connect a different one as the 4th device and it wouldn't work and I reset them all and did them in a different order and now a different one won't connect. If that made any sense. Does anyone else have an issue with connecting more than 3 Google homes to their Internet?

It always says "could not communicate with your Google home mini" when I try to connect to the wifi.

Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear about your Google Home Mini that doesn't connect to your WiFi network, and we understand how you feel about this. I'd like to dig deeper into this. To confirm, are all your speakers having the same issue?

 

To eliminate network issues, please try setting up your device using a mobile hotspot. Please note that you will need two mobile devices for this setup (one will serve as a router and the other to be used to set up your Home Mini). Once done, check if your device will have the same behavior.

I still have the same problem with my Google home mini, I'm still not able to connect. My family just got a new internet router, we cannot connect to the wifi with the new router but we were able to with the old one. I have no idea what to do could someone help me out with it please

Sorry to hear about that. To confirm, have you tried resetting your device prior connecting it to the new router? What message are you getting when you connect it to the new network?

Me either. I don't know if it's because you can't have that many Google homes at the same time. But I feel like that shouldn't be an issue. I'd only have 4.
