Hi! I set up my Google Home from my Android phone with little to no issues, and it shows as expected on my Google Home app. But another household member has an iPhone, and she can't control/connect to the device from her app. It shows the Google Home doesn't seem to be connected to the same network, but we're all on the same WiFi (I checked).
I tried updating her app, disconnecting and reconnecting to the network, but nothing is changing.
Has anyone had an issue like this before?

Hi MicaM,
Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this situation because a household member can't control your Nest Mini speaker. But don't worry; I can help. In this case, I just need to ask for some information to provide the best solution:
Is the Nest Mini connected to the same WiFi network as both phones?
Is the other person invited to the home with these steps:
Once I have this information, I can continue assisting.
Please keep me posted.
Best regards,
Jenny

Hi, thanks for your answer, and sorry for taking such a long time to reply.
As I said before, I checked all our devices are connected to the same network.
We also used other devices with the Google Home app, so she is "part of the home". When I open the app on her phone, I can see the device I'm failing to connect to. But when I enter that menu to, for example, change the volume level, that's when I get the connection error.
Again, thanks for your help 🙂

Hi MicaM,
Thanks for your reply. I understand that after the steps above, the home member still has a connection error when she is trying to control the volume of the device. In this case, please make sure that when you add the home member, she has full access to control the devices.
To continue working on this situation, you can follow these steps:
Please keep me posted about how that goes. I'll be waiting for your response.
Best regards,
Jenny
