We had this home speaker in our kitchen for years and it’s always worked great. For some reason since last week it became unreliable in responding to questions. The speaker lights up fine to the “hey google” command but after listening, there’s no response. It can take 4-5 goes to get an answer, sometimes it gets it first go. This even happens when I’m super close to the device.
I’ve tried resetting the device but that didn’t help. I also thought maybe the mic was damaged, so I tested it using the broadcast function and the audio was clear.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
