I cannot play any music from my Google Home devices. I tell Google to play me music and all that happens is the songs load and just skips. I can see it on my Nest Hub that the songs show on the screen and it skips to the next song and does it over and over. Normally I can tell my Google Home device to play any song, artist, or playlist from my device using my Apple Music subscription.
I have reset all my Google Home devices. I have unlinked Apple Music and relinked my subscription. I'm not sure what else to do. Someone please help!

Same here. It was working Sunday Sept 4th. Now it’s fubar.

Me too. Tried everything you suggested. New to Apple Music but I can play on phone so I know subscription is active. And the app loads on google nest hub but just rips thru songs in seconds without sound then stops.

What’s interesting is that my Nest upstairs seems to be fine (it was last night). I have restarted the unit that had the issue.

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing this right now with your Google Nest speakers. A few things we'd like to know-- is it happening on all speakers set up on your network? Aside from Apple Music, do you encounter any issues other music services? Let's go ahead and try to test other music service so we can isolate further.

Mine has seemed to correct itself. Apple Music playing on both Nest devices this evening.

yes, it is happening on all speakers on my network.
no, I do not encounter any issues in other services. YouTube music works correctly.

Hi there,
Thanks for checking. Can you tell us what country are you located at? Also, let's try to switch to other music service and reboot the Google Nest speakers by unplugging it from the power source for at least a minute. After plugging it back, go back to the Home app and switch it back to Apple Music.

All of my devices were working with other services, just not Apple Music. Now they all work without me doing anything.

I was out of town for the last few days and wasn’t able to try any of your suggestions.
However, Apple Music is working again all on its own.
