Google Home mini will not power on at all (no lights)

Hi there 

I have a google mini speaker that won’t switch on 

I have tried to reset it I have pressed the button below for 15-20 seconds 

I have plugged it into a different power outlet 

I have also checked the cable with other devices and it’s working 

please could you assist

Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear about the situation with your Nest Mini not having power and not having light at all. I understand how frustrating that situation can be. But don't worry, I can help. I just need to confirm that you try these steps: 

1. On the side of your device, switch the mic off.
2. The lights will turn orange. Press and hold the center of the Nest Mini, where the lights are on top.
3. After 5 seconds, your device will begin the factory reset process.
4. Continue to hold for about 10 seconds more, until a sound confirms that the device is resetting.

If the steps did not work, please check the "Issues when you reset your Google speaker" for more information.

Thank you for your response

Please note I was only able to try solution one however none of the lights had come on
Note I has also tried to reset it by unplugging and plugging it 10 times - unfortunately there was no response 😞
