Google Home not showing correct weather city

Hello, i’m having trouble getting my multiple Google nest speakers to tell me the weather for my exact location. I live in a locality next to a large city and google shows 2 different weather readings for both locations, and defaults to displaying it on my google TV but when I verbally ask my devices it defaults to the neighboring large city which can sometimes be inaccurate. I’ve tried correcting the home address in the app, which doesn’t help, and all the other threads with similar issues weren’t helpful and were before the App UI was remade. any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Could you confirm if you've tried updating your home location in both the Google Home app and your Google account settings? Here are some steps that might help:

• Verify Home Location in Google Home App: You have already changed the address from the app but I recommend you follow these articles with more information about this: Change Google home address , Change your home and work locations in the Google Home app.
• Soft Reset Your Nest Speakers: Soft reset on your Nest speakers. This typically involves unplugging them for 30 seconds, then plugging them back in.

Hi Jonathan, i’ve tried following both steps carefully but unfortunately the issue still remains. is there any other solution or solutions?

Thanks for replying. I'm sorry to hear the previous troubleshooting steps didn't resolve the issue.

Since changing your location in the app didn't work, let's try a power cycle. Unplug the device and leave it unplugged for 24 hours. This can sometimes help the device refresh its internal settings. If the power cycle doesn't fix the problem, you can perform a factory reset, but this will erase all information stored on the speaker. You'll need to set it up again afterwards.
