Having trouble reconnecting to my network

Hi our Internet was factory reset by the company. I changed the username and password back to settings from before.  I can't get my google hub to reconnect to the network.  I have factory reset, un-installed and reinstall google home. I don't know what else to do.  Please help

I removed the device from my Home app, added it back and it's working again. Thanks again
