Google Home not working

Google Home (Nest Mini, Google Home, & Google Nest Hub) have a wide range of issues. First the voice recognition has never worked… I’ve set and reset my voice in Google Home App but devices never recognize my voice therefor I can’t add to shopping lists. Today, Apple Music stopped working on all devices. I can get it to play Apple Music from my phone but can’t ask google to play specific music on Apple Music. Every time I try it says my account is no longer linked (Before you ask me if my account is linked, it is and I have unlinked every account and re-linked Apple Music multiple times as the default). Getting tired of messing with the user unfriendly app and think it is time to switch to Alexa. The only reason I haven’t is because of the Nest Thermostat and Nest Hello Doorbell. Convince me otherwise google.

I'm so sorry to hear about the frustrations that you're having with the Google Home app, but I'm happy to help. 

In regards to the voice recognition, I would suggest visiting our Google Assistant Forum and writing to them there as this is a question that they would be able to help answer. 

In regards to the issues with Apple Music and the Google Home app overall, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
