Google Home takes about 10 seconds to respond to commands.
The slowness is for the first command.
For example, if you give Google Home the next command right after it responds to the first command, it will respond to the second command immediately.
(Well, this doesn't help me because there are few times when I want to give Google Home more than two commands.)
I used to use Google Home mini and had the same problem.
I bought the Google Nest mini to deal with that problem, but my choice was a mistake. (Google Nest mini also has the same problem.)
I have tried distancing myself from the router, rebooting the router, initializing the Google Nest mini, etc. and the situation has not changed at all.
Google should recognize these issues as bugs and fix them instead of directing users who face these issues to their support page.

@Princesss, @RachelGomez123, @Dan_A , thanks for the help.
Sorry for my late response.
But reboot didn't fix the issue.
My Cast firmware is "1.56.313652".
Thanks,

Hey there,
If the reboot didn't fix it, have you tried doing the factory reset? Doing so will revert your Google Home/Nest speaker to its default and original settings. Setting it back up is a must. Follow the steps on this link.
Keep me posted.
Best,
Dan

As I said at the beginning, I already tried factory reset.
And resetting the Wifi router and changing the distance to the router doesn't fix the problem.
This issue has been reported frequently for a long time. And most of them are closed without being resolved.
The bug should be fixed immediately.
