I have 2 Displays and 3 mini speakers in my house. Working like a charm and followed commands immediately.
Since 2 weeks ago none of them responds to my commands. The display will show you the command given on the screen but then just do nothing. After 3 to 4 attempts it will execute the command. It hear the command but ignores it.
Same on the speakers. Light Will go on and you can see it hears the command by does nothing. After 3rd 4 th attempt it will execute the command.
Not fun at all and I am close in throwing them in the dustbin.
My friends are also having the same issue with their speakers.
what is the issue?

Hi there,
I have a couple of glitches with my commands as well lately. Super frustrating so I hear you!
Try doing a full factory reset to see if that helps. Also give your router a reboot.

Done both. Not working.
Seems like a software issue or something.

Hey JohanvH,
I appreciate your response. To confirm, have you tried setting up your device on a different network like mobile hotspot to check if you will have the same issue? Please note that you will need two mobile devices for this setup (one will serve as a router and the other to be used to set up your Google Home device).
Cheers,
Muddo

It’s a miracle! Out of nowhere all of my speakers are working on the first command given. I have not changed anything. So google had a problem or it was a software glitch fixed.

Please try clearing the Google Home's app cache if you haven't and be sure to have the most updated version of the Home app.
Can you give us an example of the requests not working? Does this happen with all requests? What are your region and language settings?
Thanks!

And then when you A reset all your routines and settings need to be fixed again. Lately google is not stable. We cannot reset and clear cach etc every-time there is a issue.
