My Fujitsu AIRSTAGE mini split system has been connected to my wifi for several months. It works well through the dedicated iOS app. It has also responded very well on my Nest Hub to “Hey Google” and made both checking status (“show me the status”) and operating the units (“turn on the device for 30 minutes”) so convenient. The hub has suddenly stopped communicating with the system and now shows the message “Sorry I couldn’t reach the AIRSTAGE Smart Home”. Anyone have this problem and find a solution?

Hi @Mgironda!
Thanks for posting in the community.
I’m sorry for the inconveniences that you’ve been experiencing with your Fujitsu AIRSTAGE. I can see that you were able to control this device using Google Assistant through your Nest Hub. It stopped working, and now you are receiving a message that says, “Sorry, I couldn’t reach the AIRSTAGE Smart Home.” Let me help you with this.
In order to solve the issue, I will suggest you ask your Nest Hub the next voice command: “Ok Google, sync my devices,” and try to control your device again. If after following this step you are still receiving the same message from your Nest Hub, you will need to unlink the device from the Google Home app, then link it back to the app and try to control it again.
In the meantime you can take a look at the following article: Connect third-party smart home devices in the Google Home app.
I’ll be waiting for your reply.
Regards,
Derick.
