Google nest not factory resetting

Hey. I’m having trouble. I’ve moved house and new WiFi. I have two nests, one is working, one I cannot get to work. I’ve spent about 4 hours trying to factory reset it via the touch the middle option and unplug 10 times and I cannot get it to factory reset. Any other ideas? Thank you

Hey! 

looking at that link I think it’s Google mini 2nd generation although doesn’t look a lot different on the link. When it powers on it shows you all the lights. Then it’s either white lights with mix on or orange lights with mix off. No G logo. So to try factory reset I tried holding my finger on the centre for 10-15 (even longer) and nothing happens. With the 10 plug in and out I plugged in, waited until all lights showed, then unplugged and waited for 10 seconds, I’ve done this loads and still nothing, many thanks.

I appreciate all the details you've provided and the workarounds already done. Since you have the Google Nest Mini 2nd Gen, I'd like to confirm if it displays 4 solid white LED lights or 2 white LED lights.
