Google Homes/Nests Not Working

For around a month now two of our Google Nest Hubs (displays) and our Google Home Max Speaker (1st generation)  are glitching. There is either no response to Hey Google or Ok Google (even when the light comes on that she is listening) or she replies that “There has been a glitch, try again in a few seconds”. She also say “Sorry something went wrong”. We have another Google Nest Hub (displays), two Google Homes and a Google Mini that are all working fine. Sometimes we have to ask three or four times to get a proper reply from the ones that are playing up. If I ask “Hey Google, are you working?” she replies with “Always, I love this job” even when she’s not working! .., I have reset them all, unplugged them for length of time, looked at all their settings which seem fine, and they are all in close proximity to the router. I see many others have this issue to so is there any help from Google?

I have the same issue. If I ask for songs it says: now playing xxx. But then stays silent. Or it says " “Sorry something went wrong”.

Sometimes a song finally starts playing, but after a few seconds, it stops and does nothing.
