Google Hub Trivia

While trying to play trivia, google asks me to say "yes" to continue but doesn't respond or recognise when I say it and resets to home. Have tried saying "ok Google, yes" and simple "yes" as well but it hasn't worked. Any suggestions? Can't move forward without doing this.

@Jake, thanks for the help.

 

@Tj9, I'm sorry that you're having trouble playing Trivia on your Nest Hub. Let's check it out. It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first. Unplug the power cord of your router followed by your Nest speakers. Plug them back in after 3 minutes tops. Restarting your phone might also help. Also, check out this guide for more information.

Hi Dan, the issue is on behalf of a resident of the nursing home I work at. I'm not there everyday- I am trying the different ways to fix it but it is happening very slowly and I also have to wait for the resident to complete the trivia up to the issue mentioned as well. If you lock the thread am I still able to use the links mentioned above to see the different solutions people have suggested? Thanks
