I have factory reset it & reboot phone and nest several times. I removed from Google Account to delete all history of hub and tried again. The nest will say on the last screen it is connected but there is nothing left on the app to complete the install to bring the nest to a home screen. I reset the nest and it only says to link account. The app shows the display there and I can control volume but the nest never changes from saying to link the account.

"GHT3 Nest Hub stuck on link account screen", the screen has been stuck on "link account" for a couple of weeks, during my troubleshooting, I noticed my son's account is also linked to the display but I can't delete his name, I tried on his phone, no luck
