My Google Home Mini is not working since last 4 days. Every time it is giving message "something went wrong, try again in a few seconds" or "there was a glitch". I tried resetting the device several times but no good happened. How can I resolve this issue?

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing this with your Google Home Mini. A few things I'd like to ask-- does it happen on all commands you try to your speakers? Are there other speakers set up in your home that exhibit the same issue?
Since you've also mentioned that you've already tried performing a complete reset, do you also remember if there are any changes made on your Wi-Fi network's settings? We'd love to know more so we can investigate on this further.

Thanks for reaching our. Here are the answers of your questions:
1. Yes, the same message is coming for all commands: “Something went wrong, try again in a few seconds,” or “There was a glitch.”
2. I have only one speaker at home.
3. There have been no changes in the WiFi network, even when it started giving this error message or after a reboot. The network remains the same.

Hey there,
Thanks for responding. How about connecting it to a different network, have you already tried that? I would suggest try connecting it using a mobile hotspot so we can further isolate the issue.
